Many people have suggested that I put rice cereal in a bottle to help my baby sleep through the night (as he still does not at almost 10 months of age). I don't think that either Enfamil or rice cereal is necessary, and think that when he is ready he will do it. The biggest thing I have learned as a parent is to be patient, as babies do not always live their lives according to our schedules.
